processing time: every order is packed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. we will send you a confirmation email as soon as your piece is on the way. 

shipping rates: shipping cost is shown at checkout. average delivery is about 5-8 business days.

delays: sometimes carriers run behind (weather, holidays, customs). once your order leaves our hands, it is then in their hands. but we will always be willing to help you if things get weird.
